I want to improve sperm quality and quantity... sometimes experience internal mild pain after ejaculation..if any need for investigation pls suggest....and ayurvedic medicine I hv no history of infertility and any kind of long treatment.. Have you had any history of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, or thyroid disorders? Have you ever experienced infections like mumps, urinary tract infections, prostatitis, or STDs? Do you smoke, consume alcohol, or have any history of drug use?

How is your overall diet, sleep, and stress management? Regarding your symptoms, how long have you been experiencing mild internal pain after ejaculation, and is it deep inside (near the perineum) or more on the surface? Have you noticed any changes in semen volume, color, or consistency?

Do you experience any testicular discomfort, swelling, or changes in libido and erectile function? Have you had any past testicular trauma, surgery, or a known varicocele? Based on your symptoms, a SEMEN ANALYSIS and possibly a prostate evaluation may be necessary if not done along with some hormone testing .
