Noticed something weird past few months. My left testicle seems a bit lower than my right, like I know its normal for mens testicles to not be exactly even, but it feels like it dropped more than before? I also get this slight ache sometimes, not like crazy pain but this dull pulling feeling. It comes and goes but happens more if I sit for long or after a long walk. I don’t remember injuring myself but I do lift weights, maybe I strained something?? No swelling or redness, but I feel like my left one is heavier, like there’s something extra inside. Also, sometimes my testicles feel kinda warm and sweaty even when I’m not doing anything. I was reading about varicocele and hernia and now I’m lowkey freaking out. Saw online that Ayurveda has ways to improve blood flow and strengthen mens testicles naturally. Are there any herbs or oils I can use? Maybe some dietary changes? I usually eat a lot of spicy food, and I drink tea like 3 times a day, could that be affecting things?? Also wondering about sperm health. I’ve been married for a year, and we’re thinking of trying for a baby. If something is off with mens testicles, could it affect fertility? I don’t wanna ignore it if it’s something serious. Are there Ayurvedic ways to check if everything is working properly? What can I do to make sure mens testicles stay healthy? Any exercises or yoga that help? Would appreciate some guidance on this, I don’t wanna take meds unless it’s really needed. Also, how do I know if I should get checked by a doctor, or if this is normal?
