I am 54 (female).only take medication for hypertension and allergy. I am in now post menopause period. My vagina passege has dried and libido has decreased. So it is very painful to continue sexual relation with my husband. Is there any remady for me?

After menopause,aggregation of vata dosha in vaginal (yoni marga) develops dryness and loss of libido following below remedies shall be effective for you 1.Vaginal Oil Application (Yonipichu or Yoni Oil Massage)

Apply warm medicated oils inside the vaginal canal using a clean cotton swab or finger.

Recommended oils:

Yashtimadhu Taila (Licorice oil)

Coconut oil (if nothing else is available—it’s soothing and hydrating) Apply at night for a few weeks regularly to reduce dryness and improve comfort.

Diet-Eat warm, unctuous foods: ghee, sesame oil, soaked almonds, dates.

Drink herbal teas: fennel, fenugreek, and licorice root teas.

Avoid cold, dry, or processed foods that aggravate Vata.
