Premature ejaculation can really disrupt your life, trust me I get how frustrating it is. Let’s dive into some Ayurveda concepts for understanding and potentially tackling it. So, from an Ayurvedic perspective, pme can often be linked to an imbalance in the Vata dosha — which governs movement and activity in the body. Sometimes, it’s also about low stamina or mental stress.

First off, let’s talk diet. Foods that pacify Vata and nourish the body are key. So, opt for warm, cooked, and oily meals. Ghee is, like, golden. Have a teaspoon daily with warm rice or mixed into your food. Nuts are great too, especially almonds, soak ‘em overnight and then peel ‘em in the morning. Whole grains, like oats and rice, are your friends. Avoid dry, cold, or raw foods for now. It can make Vata go haywire if not handled well.

Herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari can be beneficial. Ashwagandha is known for its rejuvenating properties, helping reduce stress, and nourishing dhatus, or tissues. Take around 1-2 teaspoons of powdered Ashwagandha with warm milk before bed. As for Shatavari, mixing half-teaspoon of it with warm water twice a day can support stamina and nourishment. Don’t expect magic overnight though! These take time to bring balance.

Slow down your pace a bit, if that’s possible. Sometimes, hectic lifestyles just crank up stress and make everything worse.
