Ayurvedic Remedies Vajikarana Rasayana: Use a blend like Vrihat Vatchintamani Ras or Makardhwaj Rasayana for enhancing stamina (consult an Ayurvedic practitioner for dosage). Atirasadi Churna: Contains Safed Musli, Shatavari, and Gokshura. Take 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk (unless there are mucus issues). If those didn’t do the trick, maybe we need to dig a little deeper into your dosha balance and lifestyle. Let’s give it a shot.

First up, stress and anxiety play a massive role in PE. If your mind’s been racing, you might want to try meditation or pranayama, y’know, just to calm things down. Brahmi, either as a supplement or in tea, could help stabilize your mind – sip it in the evening for some calming vibes.

Diet, believe it or not, also has a hand in this. Warming foods, like cooked veggies, whole grains, nuts, and seeds support Vata balance, a common player in PE. Avoid caffeine-charged stuff, spicy foods, or oily junk that can aggravate your constitution. Maybe add milk with a pinch of nutmeg at bedtime. It’s soothing and grounding.
