Let’s dive right into what you can do. First, think about your diet. Are you eating really spicy, sour, or salty foods? These can aggravate Vata and Pitta doshas, leading to issues. It might help to switch to a diet that includes more sweet, bitter, and astringent tastes. Include foods like fresh fruits, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. Drinking warm milk with a little nutmeg at night can help too.

Then there’s lifestyle, ya know? Try practicing Abhyanga (self-massage) with warm sesame or ashwagandha oil. Doing this before taking a warm shower can be super grounding.

Ever tried pranayama? Breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) can work wonders for calming the mind, which can be a hidden trigger sometimes. Set aside just 10-15 minutes a day.

Ashwagandha and Shatavari are herbs traditionally recommended for strengthening dhatus and boosting stamina, but dosage is key. Usually, ashwagandha powder with warm milk, twice daily, might help – but don’t overdo it.
