I am suffering from early discharge from last 2-3 years Now I am feeling very low confidence in bed Due to which I am not considered as good. Please give me some good suggestions And I believe in ayurveda Please contact me as soon as possible

Premature ejaculation, or early discharge, can be influenced by a variety of factors including stress, anxiety, and lifestyle choices. Ayurveda views this as an imbalance, often associated with Vata dosha disturbances, impacting the nervous system’s function. Addressing this holistically means looking at diet, lifestyle, and some herbal remedies.

First thing to consider is your dietary habits. Foods that pacify Vata such as warm, moist, and slightly oily foods can be beneficial. Include more root vegetables, whole grains like rice or wheat, and incorporate healthy fats such as ghee. Avoid foods that aggravate Vata like raw, cold, and dry foods. Spices like ginger, cinnamon, and cumin can help with digestion and balance.

Speaking of your daily routine – try to maintain regular meal times and sleep schedule. Sleep is crucial; aim for 7-8 hours of restful sleep each night. Practices like Yoga and meditation can bring calm and reduce anxiety, which may contribute to the premature ejaculation. Specific yoga poses such as Child’s Pose and Corpse Pose can help soothe Vata imbalances and promote relaxation.

Herbal remedies are also important in Ayurveda. Consider herbs like Ashwagandha, which is known for supporting stamina and reducing stress, and Shatavari that aids in balancing hormones and overall vitality. These can usually be found in powdered form, taken with warm milk, before bedtime.

Avoid distractions during intimate moments and stay present by focusing on your partner and your own sensations. If feelings of anxiety arise, try slow, rhythmic breathing to ground yourself.

Finally, if you continue to struggle despite these efforts, it’s advisable to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner who can offer a more personalized approach based on your constitution (Prakriti) and any other underlying imbalances you might have.
