Avoiding very spicy, fermented, and overly salty foods that can aggravate Vata and Pitta doshas can also be beneficial.

Additionally, stress management techniques such as yoga and meditation can help calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and increase control. Regular practice of postures like Paschimottanasana, Sarvangasana, and Vajrasana improves sexual health, and breathing exercises like Nadi Shodhana can help maintain mental clarity and relaxation.

Herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari are traditionally recommended for supporting reproductive health and fortifying shukra dhatu. Consuming Ashwagandha powder with warm milk at night can enhance stamina, while Shatavari can be taken in the morning. Consistency here is key, so incorporating these herbs into daily routines — over-time — could yield noticeable improvements.

For topical application, a gentle oil massage with sesame oil can be soothing. You might want to rub the oil on your body, especially feet and scalp, an hour before bath. This can nurture the nervous system and provide grounding.

Lastly, timing intimate moments at Kapha time in the evening, roughly between 6-10 PM, when the body is naturally calmer and more stable, might improve experiences. Avoid rushing and communicate with your partner to create a more relaxed atmosphere.
