I am really frustrated lately. I've been looking for ways on how to increase penile size and strength for a while now because I've been feeling quite insecure. There's this girl I like and I keep worrying that I'm not measuring up, literally! I tried some supplements that promised results, but no luck. Sometimes I think I'm just wasting money. I read that certain herbs in Ayurveda might help, but I'm not sure which ones actually work or if it's just hype.
