I am really confused about this whole semen retention thing. Like, I stumbled across it while reading about Ayurvedic practices and some people really swear by it for energy and mental clarity! I’ve been feeling super drained lately, especially after, you know, certain intimate activities. I just don’t know, does this mean cutting back on that stuff? Is it about how often you do it?
