I am really trying to figure out how to make pennis strong and healthy because I’ve been feeling a bit insecure lately, ya know? So, I turned to Ayurveda after reading about natural ways to enhance things. I’ve been eating a lot of nuts and herbs, but I’m not sure if that’s enough. I’m also kinda worried ‘cause sometimes I feel like maybe things aren’t, uh, working like they should. I’ve even tried some oils from the health store but nothing seems to help much. What are some best practices on how to make pennis strong and healthy that I could incorporate daily? Like, any specific recipes or routines? Really appreciate any tips, thanks!
