I am really confused about something. Recently, I've been reading a lot about Shilajit and how it’s supposed to be this magical substance for boosting energy and overall health. A friend of mine swears that taking it has totally changed his life, especially in the bedroom. So I’m wondering, does shilajit increase sex time? I mean, I’ve noticed that my stamina isn’t what it used to be. Just last week, I was pretty embarrassed during a moment with my partner.
