I am really worried about my tooth situation. Just last week, I was at the dentist, and they mentioned that I might need a root canal. They said my tooth is pretty much in trouble! I mean, I've tried everything - brushing regularly, mouthwash, flossing, the works! But here I am wondering how to avoid root canal by Ayurveda. I came across some Ayurvedic remedies recently and thought, maybe there’s hope? I read about cloves and neem and how they’re supposed to help with dental health. But what do I do now? I've also heard about certain oils, like sesame, that can be good for gums. Should I be using these in my routine? What about diet changes? Like would turmeric help? Is there a specific Ayurvedic regimen to strengthen my teeth and prevent the dreaded root canal? I really don’t wanna go through with the whole procedure if I can help it. Any guidance on how to avoid root canal by Ayurveda would be super appreciated! Thank you!
