I am trying to figure out if does shilajit boost testosterone levels. A few months ago, I started feeling super tired, and my workouts were just not the same. Like, I would go to the gym and just have zero energy, which is weird for me since I usually love lifting and running. My doc did some blood work and mentioned my testosterone was kinda low for my age. I read a bunch online about natural supplements, and shilajit came up a lot. I started taking it, hoping it would help me out. Now I’ve been on it for a few weeks, but I’m not sure if I'm really noticing any changes, ya know? Does shilajit boost testosterone or is it just hype? Anyone had real experiences with this?? I’d love to know if it took some time for you guys to see results or if it was pretty immediate. I'm just a bit lost and want to feel like my old self again!
