I am dealing with this frustrating issue of nightfall and honestly, it's making me really anxious. I’m a guy in my late twenties, and this has been happening for a few months now. I first noticed it after some really stressful weeks at work. Could stress be a factor? The nightfall happens almost every week, even sometimes twice! I feel exhausted when I wake up, and it’s really messing with my focus during the day. I’ve read a bit about what causes it and how to cure nightfall permanently, but nothing seems to work for me. I’ve tried changing my diet, cutting down on spicy food, and even meditating before bed, but it still keeps happening. Is there any specific Ayurvedic approach or remedies that can truly help? Like, are there herbs or practices that can help how to cure nightfall permanently? I'm getting desperate here! Any advice would be super helpful. Thanks a ton!
