Take 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder mixed with warm milk before bedtime.

Incorporate lifestyle changes that promote relaxation and balance. Practice yoga, particularly poses that enhance blood flow like the cobra pose (Bhujangasana) and bridge pose (Setu Bandhasana). Daily meditation for 10-15 minutes can help reduce anxiety and improve focus.
