I am really worried about something that's been affecting my life lately. I’ve been dealing with premature ejaculation for like a few months now, and it has seriously messed with my confidence and my relationship. This whole thing kinda started when I was really stressed at work, and honestly, I thought it’d clear up, but nope. I've tried breathing exercises and even some over-the-counter stuff, but nothing seems to really work. So now I’m here, feeling pretty lost on how to reduce premature ejaculation naturally without going for meds. I read that Ayurveda could have some answers, and I’m curious if anyone knows about specific herbs or techniques that might help. Is there a particular lifestyle change or diet that could make a difference? I'm mostly worried that things are only gonna get worse if I don’t do something soon. Oh, and side note, I noticed my energy levels are kinda low too, so maybe that’s linked? Would love any advice on how to reduce premature ejaculation in a natural way! Thanks!

Premature ejaculation can be a tough thing to deal with, especially when stress is playing a role. In Ayurveda, it’s often related to an imbalance in the Vata dosha. Vata, associated with air and space, can become disturbed under stress leading to rapid ejaculation. Fortunately, there are natural methods within Ayurveda to help address this.

First, focus on maintaining a diet that balances Vata. This means preferring warm, moist, and nourishing foods like whole grains, cooked vegetables, and healthy fats like ghee and sesame oil. Spices like cardamom, cinnamon and ginger can also be beneficial as they help in digestion and calming Vata.

For herbs, Ashwagandha and Shatavari are often recommended. Ashwagandha, known as a rejuvenating herb, can help improve energy levels and reduce stress. It’s often taken as a powder or capsule. Shatavari is particularly good for enhancing reproductive health. Triphala is another helpful herbal formula for improving digestion and balancing your system.

You mentioned stress as a trigger, so grounding practices are crucial. Regularity in your daily schedule can help maintain balance. Ensure you’re getting enough rest and consider practices like yoga or tai chi which are excellent for balancing energies and reducing stress. Look for postures that support the lower body, such as Bhadrasana and Vajrasana.

Since energy level is also low, focus on Tonifying the body. A daily self-massage with warm sesame oil can help, as it calms the nerves and enhances circulation. Aim for 7 to 8 hours of good-quality sleep to allow the body to restore and replenish itself naturally.

For immediate techniques, try the ‘start-stop’ method during intercourse, which involves pausing to regain control. Pelvic floor exercises or kegels can strengthen the muscles involved in ejaculation control over time.

Ayurveda emphasizes balance, so it’s important to gradually incorporate these changes into your lifestyle. Keep a routine, pay attention to what your body is responding positively to, and remain patient. If symptoms persist or worsen, it’s important to consult with a healthcare provider to rule any underlying conditions needing attention.

Premature ejaculation is when a man ejaculates too early during sexual activity- often within 1 minute of penetration- and is unable to control it.

In Ayurveda, PE is mainly due to -Vata aggravation, especially Apana vata= controls semen ejaculation. -Shukra kshaya- low reproductive tissue vitality -Manasika doshas like china(worry), bhaya(fear), and Tama(mental dullness)

These lead to loss of control over ejaculation, weakness in nervous and muscular coordination, and reduced semen quality

INTERNALLY START WITH

1)ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA- 1 tsp with warm milk twice daily, morning and night for 3-6 months =adaptogen, reduces stress, strengthens reproductive organs

2)KAUNCH BEEJ CHURNA- 1 tsp twice daily with honey+milk for 3-4 months =boosts libido, sperm quality, stamina

3)SHILAJIT CAPSULE(GOLD)- 1 cap once daily with lukewarm milk for 2-3 months =aphrodisiac, energy booster, balances vata and kapha

4)SAFED MUSLI CHURNA- 5 fm twice daily with warm milk =potent vajikaran herb fr strength and semen thickening

5)VRIHAT VATCHINTAMANI RAS- 125 mg with honey at night =nervine weakness, excessive vata, tremors, psychological weakness
