I am really struggling lately with low energy and mood swings, and after a quick chat with my doctor, they mentioned something about my testosterone levels being lower than normal. I’ve been feeling sluggish and even kind of sad, which is not like me at all! I’m worried because I heard that low testosterone can really mess with your whole system. Anyway, I did some looking around and found that there are different Ayurvedic treatments that might help. I’m curious, which ayurvedic medicine is best for testosterone? I don’t want to just take anything without knowing if it’s actually good for boosting levels. Also, I saw a few options like Ashwagandha and Tribulus, but I’m not sure how effective these really are.
