Aapke dwara bataye gaye symptoms ke liye, yeh mahatvapurn hai ki hum pehle dosha shamak karen, jisse mool karan door kiya ja sake. Tanav ki kami, virya ka jaldi nikalna, aur sex desire ki kami ko vata prakop se joda ja sakta hai. Is masle me, kuch aayurvedic upchar aur jeevan shaili me badlav aapki madad kar sakta hai.

Pehle, ahar me badlav laana jaruri hai. Aapko madhura aur snigdha guni padarth, jaise ki doodh, ghee, badam, aur ajwain ka sevan karna chahiye. Yeh pitta aur vata ko shant karne me sahayak hai. Garam tila (sesame) oil ka daily massage, yahaan tak ki genital area ka bhi, svasthata aur tanav ko sudharne me madadgar sabit ho sakta hai.

Dusri baat, Dincharya aur sadharan routine ka anusaran karein. Din me kam se kam 30 minute tak yoga aur pranayam karein. Brahmacharya ka palan karte hue, Ashwani Mudra aur Vajroli Mudra jod sakte hain, yeh sanket pa lagam kasne me help karegi.

Iske alawa, Ashwagandha, Konch beej churna choti matra me, vata aur kapha shamak hone ke saath virya bal ko vikasit karne ke liye liye ja sakti hai. Tohfa yeh hai ki aapko balance lenee hogee, aur overdose se bachein.

3. Lifestyle Modifications: Stress is often a key factor, so practices that calm the mind and body, such as meditation and yoga should be regular. Simple breathing exercises like Anulom Vilom can also help regulate Prana.

4. Avoid Stimulants: Staying away from excessive caffeine, alcohol, and smoking is crucial as these can aggravate Vata and Pitta, affecting sexual health.

5. Regulate Sleep: A regular sleep schedule that includes 7-8 hours of quality sleep can restore balance and rejuvenate all bodily systems.
