I am suffering from porn and masturbation addiction since almost 30 years, also I do prone masturbation i.e lie on stomach and put pressure on penis. Now I am facing sexual exhaustion and also unable to do natural sex. Please help me regain back my lost Ojas and aid in natural healthy sex.
