Vata ke asamaanta se Ojas ki kami hoti hai, jo sharir ki jamak aur swasthya ke liye mahatvapurn hai. Kaamashaktikaran rasayan har din ek bar, jaise Ashwagandha churna aur Shatavari churna, ek chammach mle huye doodh ke sath, aapke prana aur bal ko sundar tarike se bada sakte hain.

Bhramari aur Anulom Vilom pranayama se aapka manasik strssa kafi kam ho sakta hai agar aap roj 10-15 minute karen. Agni ko sudhar karne ke liye hareetaki churna ek chammach raat ko garm pani ke sath lena faydemand hoga. Aankhon ke neeche dark circles thik karne ke liye almond tel se halki malish aur din mein adrak wala garm pani peene se aanke tak theek hote hain.

Diet pe dhyan dena jarorri hai. Taza, sadev satvik aur poshak aahar lena utpadak hai, yeh tubuh mein Vata aur Pitt ke santulan ko banake rakhta hai. Din mein kam se kam 7-8 ghunte ki neend puri karke aap apne sharir ko sukhad sukun de sakte hain aur yeh aapke mukh ke tej ko punah lauta sakta hai.
