Erectile dysfunction bcz of maximum mastribution. My age is 30. Blood flow of penis is slow,some timespenis erect but after 1 minute it decreses. Suggest me what can i do. I am not taking alcohol, cigarettes any tabacco etc. I am unmarried, I m very stressed bcz of this problem. Suggest me best medicines or exercises

Lifestyle modifications - .Stop addiction especially smoking. .Strength training to boost testosterone. .Stress management -Through meditation walking journaling gardening .Developing better emotional bond with the partner through meaningful conversation and spending quality time would be helpful.
