I have been doing masturbation from years right now I am 22 years old, that has weakend my health such as weakend body and strain on knee and spine sometime bit pain,semen,sperm health is deteriorated also penis health is deteriorated. From someone suggestion I had ordered gokhru Ashwagandha safed musli kaunch beej powders... How to consume when to consume ,also my digestion is pretty loose...so need diet, and if possible and oil for penis health ..also want lifestyle modification. I am committed to change...please help.

Hello, If you have not started taking gokhru ashwagandha safed musli etc, I recommend the following treatment plan for you - Treatment - 1. Chandraprabha vati -2-0-2 after meal 2. Yauvanamrit vati-2-0-2 after meal 3. Shilajit sat- 2 drops in milk at bedtime 4. Medha vati-1-0-1 after meal 5. Baidyanath Vita EX oil - For local application and massage.

Diet- Eat dates, raisins, soaked and peeled almonds. Eat foods that increase Nitric oxide levels include: Green leafy vegetables Citrus fruits Nuts and seeds Pomegranates, banana Garlic

Yoga- Ardha matasyendrasana , pavanmuktasan , bhujangasan, sarvangasan,pelvic floor exercises,kegel exercise. Lifestyle modifications - .Stop addiction especially smoking. .Strength training to boost testosterone. .Stress management -Through meditation walking journaling gardening .Developing better emotional bond with the partner through meaningful conversation and spending quality time would be helpful.
