While this aspiration blends various aspects of sexual health, it leaks into areas outside strict Ayurveda, so it’s crucial to remember that individual experiences with herbs and practices may vary widely and should always consider any health conditions.

One aspect to consider is balancing and strengthening your sexual energy or shukra dhatu, which correlates with reproductive tissues and fluid production. Traditional Ayurvedic herbs like Ashwagandha, Shatavari, and Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) are known to support a robust shukra and improve vitality. Ashwagandha, taken as a powdered form, generally about 1-2 grams mixed in warm milk at night can help balance Vata and enhance overall stamina. Shatavari, often used for both men and women, supports reproductive health when taken as a powder (1-2 grams) dissolved in water daily, preferably in the morning.

For the specific goals of non-ejaculatory pleasure and enhanced fluid release, incorporating Vajikarana foods and practices may be useful.
