I am really confused about what to eat before sex. I mean, last week my partner and I planned a romantic evening, and I thought if I could just get the right food in, it’d be an amazing night, right? But I ended up munching on some spicy leftovers and felt all bloated and, like, uncomfortable, and well... that was a total mood killer. I’ve read a few things online about what to eat before sex, but most of it seems to, idk, lack practicality. Like, are those expensive aphrodisiac foods even worth it? Someone suggested bananas and dark chocolate, but that feels kinda, I don't know, predictable? I also tried having a light salad before, but let’s just say my stomach started making weird noises... not sexy! I need something that’s gonna give me energy without making me feel heavy, you know? What do you recommend as solid options for what to eat before sex? Are there specific foods that really boost not just my energy but the mood too? I wouldn’t mind some tips on timing too—how long before, like an hour or something? Just really want to avoid that bloated feeling again, haha!
