I am really struggling with my sex mood lately. It feels like my partner and I have lost that spark. I’m in my 30s and normally things have been good but for the last few months, it’s almost like one of us isn't in the mood at all, like... all that passion just vanished. I've tried talking about it, hinting at things, but still feel kinda awkward. I read some articles that say stress and lifestyle can play a big role, and I guess that makes sense because work has been super hectic and I’ve been feeling more tired than usual.
