I am in a bit of a pickle and hope someone can help me out. Recently, my partner and I have been trying to spice things up, and I heard that what you consume before sex can really make a difference. Like, right?! Last week, we had a night planned, and I felt kinda off, so I didn't really drink anything specific, just water and coffee — big mistake! I ended up feeling a bit bloated and, you know, that wasn't great for the mood. Then I came across this idea that there are drinks you should try before sex to feel energized and really connecting with each other. Been thinking what should I try? I wanna know what to drink before sex to make it a bit more enjoyable and relaxing. I came across some suggestions of things like herbal teas or even certain juices. Do you all think that really works? Also, are there any specific drinks that won’t mess up my stomach?! Is it true about ginseng or maybe beet juice helping? I guess I’m just hoping for some solid recommendations since I really don’t wanna experience another awkward night! Should I avoid anything too sugary? Anyway, any insights would be awesome!
