I am really struggling with something that's been on my mind a lot lately, and I need some advice from you all. I used to feel like my stamina was pretty good, but over the past few months, I feel like I've been running out of steam way too quickly. Like, I’m talking about how to sex more time, if that makes sense? My partner and I have been trying to keep things exciting and passionate, but I find myself, let’s say, “tapping out” a lot sooner than I’d like. We had a couple of nights where it was just amazing, like things were flowing, but then I get this anxious feeling thinking about how to sex more time and make those moments last. I know it might sound silly, but I’ve been wondering if there are any Ayurvedic practices or remedies that can help boost stamina naturally? I’m really open to any tips, ‘cause I usually feel drained after a long day at work, and it’s frustrating!
