I am kinda freaking out a little... There’s this rumor going around that can masturbation cause erectile dysfunction? Like, I never really thought about it before, but lately, things have been a bit off for me. I’m 29, and for the past few months, I’ve noticed that during intimate moments, I struggle to get or maintain an erection. It didn’t used to be a problem! I mean, I’ve always been pretty comfortable with masturbation, doing it a few times a week, sometimes even daily. But now that I’m starting to wonder, could my frequent solo sessions be behind this? I’ve tried going a few days without it and... not sure if it's helping? Still feeling kind of the same. I get random thoughts about like, what’s happening to my body, am I broken or something?
