I am really confused about this whole thing with growth and, like, what affects it. I’m a 16-year-old and have been hearing things like “can masturbation increase height?” from my friends. I mean, I thought that was just some random myth or whatever. But then I start thinking, what if there’s something to it? I’ve always been on the shorter side compared to my classmates. Lately, I’ve been trying to eat healthy and playing basketball, thinking that might help.
