I am really confused about what to eat before having sex. I recently started to date someone seriously, and there’s a lot of pressure. My diet's been pretty basic and filled with junk food lately, but I know it’s not the best if I want to feel good. I heard different things about what to eat before having sex from friends, like how certain foods can really help, but I don't know which ones are actually effective. Last week, I tried eating some dark chocolate and bananas since I heard they might boost energy, but honestly, I felt heavy and kinda bloated! Ugh, not great. It was totally awkward.
