I am really at my wits end here. I’ve been thinking about how to enlarge the penis for a while now. It started months ago when I overheard some friends joking about sizes and I couldn’t help but feel insecure. I’m not tiny or anything but still, I guess it got to me. I tried some pills that were advertised online, and honestly, they didn’t do anything! Just made me feel a little queasy.
