I am dealing with some concerns about how to increase sexual performance. It’s been on my mind a lot lately. A few months ago, after some stressful work changes and just life in general, I noticed my energy levels dropping, and honestly, it has affected my confidence in the bedroom. My partner and I used to have such a vibrant connection, but now I feel like I struggle to keep up, and that’s really not like me. I tried a couple of over-the-counter supplements, but they didn't help much. I also read about some foods that can help but wasn't sure what to really focus on. I wanted to know if there are specific Ayurvedic herbs or practices that you could suggest that might help me how to increase sexual performance naturally. Also, I’ve got this lingering worry that maybe some of the tension I’ve been feeling isn’t just stress but maybe something else, ya know?
