I am really confused about this thing called semen retention. A while ago, I met a friend who swore by it, saying it changed his life and he had way more energy and focus. I never really thought much about it, but then I started noticing my own energy levels dipping. Like, I feel tired all the time, and lately, it’s hard to concentrate on my work. Last week, I stumbled across some videos on what is semen retention and how it’s supposed to help with all kinda things from mental clarity to better workouts.
