I am really worried about this issue I've been dealing with lately. I heard from a friend that many people, especially young men, experience something called nightfall. I guess I am one of those guys because it's been happening to me for a few months now. I’ve done a bit of research, but I’m still feeling confused. What is nightfall in hindi anyway? I don’t even know how to explain this to my family because it feels kinda embarrassing. At first, I thought it was just a normal thing, ya know? Like, everyone goes through it, right? But, I've been experiencing it frequently, and last week it happened three times! I’m starting to think maybe there’s something wrong with me. My energy levels have dropped too, and I honestly feel more tired than ever. Is there any serious health concern related to this nightfall thing? What is nightfall in hindi, really?
