I am really worried about this thing that’s been bothering me for a while. My private parts have gotten darker over time and I really don’t know how to remove darkness from private parts. I mean, I tried using some over-the-counter creams, but they didn’t do anything, and I feel kinda embarrassed talking about this. Recently, I’ve been feeling self-conscious, especially when I'm with my partner. It's awkward and honestly, it's affecting my confidence in a pretty big way. I thought maybe it was just my hormones since I went through a few changes last year, but I’m starting to think it might be something else. I’ve read online that there are various natural remedies or treatments in Ayurveda that could help with how to remove darkness from private parts. Has anyone tried any Ayurvedic methods? I’m also curious if diet plays a role in this and if there's specific food I should eat or avoid. I just want to feel better about myself again.
