Aap start kare Cap. Shilapravang 1-0-1 after food with water Divya youvan gold 1-0-1 before food with warm milk. Apply ashwagandha bala oil on penis externally twice daily. Have early dinner Do pranamyam lom -vilom bhastrika kapalbhati brahmri daily for 5-10mins twice. Be mentally relaxed and remain stress free.
