Help for My Painful Gums and Teeth After Dental Treatment - #44892

My mouth was attacked by a hygienist who told me I was having a cleaning, but despite telling them I could not be cut like with rooting and planing she lied and while I was in pain as the cleaning was deeper, so painful disassociated and was confused as she pushed me back into chair then slapped on so much flouride at the end, no farewell instructions.I had been doing JOVE meditation and realized teeth are connected to body parts At present they are in there and alive but my gums ,teeth and mouth(bite) all feel reduced. The gum over loose tooth was cut across so a pinhole surgery may or not work ,If I could find someone to do that... This is so bad when another dentist wants to pull the tooth(loosened by bike wreck near time of one and only gum infection AFTER taking antibiotics then another pill(steroid turns out) after a rough bout of sinus infection. Most of my life I have been fit and healthy, avoid most drugs but now I feel scared. I don't want dental apparatus or expect perfect teeth I just don't want to lose them or my health..I dearly need a gentle and restorative healing. I can visualize and have seen healings through different ways massaging, meditations, sweat lodge and praying . I want to fatten my teeth and gums and move on in my life. I have ordered some vitamins and supplements.I choose decent foods can you help my sad, anxious, feeling, and beat up mouth?

From what you have gone through, it sounds too much painful, both physically and emotionally, and it makes complete sense that your mouth feels violated, reduced and unsafe after that sudden aggressive procedure… In Ayurveda, the teeth gums and are not just structural tissues. Instead, they hold prana ojas stability of majja dhatu so anything in case you done without consent, can shake both the tissue and mind When stress, fear and passed injury, combine like the previous bike accident, antibiotics steroids gum, infection, sinus inflammation, the whole region can feel weakened loose and smaller as if the body has shrunk inward to protect itself You are not imaging this , trauma to asthi ( bone ) , majja ( nerve ) and mamsa ( gum ) can create a sense of collapse in the mouth, but these tissues can be restored when Healing is done slowly Kindly and with nourishment Your ability to visualise, meditate and already feel energetic. Changes is actually one of your strongest assets. Ayurveda. See this as your ojas and intuition is working together to rebuild. What has been disturbed.

For now, whatever mouth needs is gum, strengthening rebuilding of gum fibres, reduction of inflammation, and calming of the fear memory stored in the jaw Do oil pulling with warm sesame oil with 2 drops of adding clove oil in it… daily for five minutes Lightly massage your jaw and cheek area with warm sesame oil daily… Hadjod capsule Ashwagandha capsule One capsule twice daily after food with warm water Triphala + Mulethi 1/2 tsp + 1/4 th tsp mix in warm water and drink once daily at night I would suggest you assess the mobility of the tooth without rushing to extraction , teeth with mobility from trauma can stabilise when gum seal and inflammation drops Avoid vigourous brushing, instead, uses of brush and herbal toothpaste containing clove neem or baboon To rule out any underlying causes, once check vit D3 vit c Hba1c levels and crp once because if there is any deficiency in the above, usually comes will not generate strongly…

Sounds like you’re dealing with quite a bit of discomfort and uncertainty related to your dental experience. In Ayurveda, the health of your gums and teeth can be associated with imbalances in the kapha dosha and may require rejuvenation strategies.

First, for soothing inflammation and pain, consider applying a mix of turmeric and mustard oil directly on your gums. Turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties can ease discomfort while mustard oil helps blood circulation. Mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric with few drops of mustard oil — massage gently onto the gums for a few minutes, and then rinse with lukewarm water. Practicing twice daily can help.

To strengthen teeth and gums, oil pulling can be beneficial. Swish a tablespoon of sesame or coconut oil in your mouth for about 10-15 minutes daily, preferably in the morning before eating. This ancient practice can aid in detoxification and strengthening oral tissues.

Your mention about a tooth loosened from a bike wreck suggests it may be vaat aggravation. A stable daily routine with enough sleep, regular meals and stress management through meditation can balance vaat. Adding warm, cooked foods like kitchari, a nutrient-dense mix of lentils, and rice spiced with cumin, ginger, and a pinch of asafoetida can nourish your body and support healing.

From the Ayurvedic perspective, triphala powder mixed in warm water can be used as a mouthwash. It is known to support oral health due to its gentle astringent properties, which may help tighten the gums. Use it after brushing teeth, swirl for a minute, and spit out.

Be sure to stay hydrated, which assists oral health, and consider reducing caffeine or tobacco products that might irritate gums.

Considering your current dental situation, it’s important also to consult with a dentist you trust, to address any structural issues safely. You’re wise to pursue Ayurvedic methods, but ensure you’re not overriding immediate dental care needs.
