Aapke sharir me uske baad jo badlav hota hai, uske liye Ayurveda me kai prakar ke sujhav diye gaye hain. Aapko aahar aur reeti-niti me kuch parivartan kar k apnae ja sakte hain taki energy or skin health banaye rakha ja sake.

Peene me aap “amla juice” ya “lemon juice” le sakte hain, jo sharir me vitamin C pradan karke immunity aur energy ko barhata hai. Garm doodh ke sath thoda sa ashwagandha churn milakar peene se bhi bal, ojas aur staminay mein sudhar hota hai. Ye bhook ko badhate hain aur sharir ke dhatuon ko majbut karte hain.

Khaane mein, ghee aur tail ki matra samanjashya mein lena, jise twacha ko poshan milta rahe. Shaak-sabziyon mein paalak, gajar, aur chukandar hamesha include karein jo shareer ko antarik mazoor aur prabudh karenge. Khane mein badam aur akhrot bhi shamil karein, jo dhatu vriddhi aur brain function ko mandi karte hain.
