Tight foreskin, or phimosis, can often be addressed with proper care and lifestyle changes. It’s crucial to handle this with care to avoid complications. Ayurvedically, gentle stretching exercises can gradually improve elasticity. First, warm the area slightly with a clean, warm compress to promote circulation. Then, twice a day, gently retract the foreskin, taking care not to cause pain. Never force the stretching; it should be gradual over several weeks.

For the black patches, it’s important to consider the possibility of pigmentation changes, which might be non-serious but can sometimes indicate other conditions. Keeping the area clean and dry is essential to prevent any fungal or bacterial infections which can cause discoloration. Use mild, unscented soap and warm water, and dry thoroughly afterwards. A paste of equal parts turmeric and neem leaves can be applied as both have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. Let it sit for 20 minutes before rinsing.

Also, penis size may appear smaller if foreskin restricts the foreskin. By addressing the tightness, the apparent size might improve. An overall balance of your doshas, particularly ensuring Kapha is not aggravated, can support your recovery. Avoid cold, oily, heavy foods and focus on warm, light meals. Ginger tea can be very beneficial for boosting your agni (digestive fire), promoting better tissue function and balance, aiding overall health.

However, given the nature of your concerns, it’s wise to consult a healthcare professional to evaluate those black patches and the foreskin issue. Prompt action is necessary if the patches grow or change in character, signaling a more serious concern.
