Hello, I​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ definitely understand your point. Premature ejaculation is a relatively frequent problem situation and it is not something that you should be embarrassed of. If this condition is treated correctly, not only control over ejaculation but also the power of ejaculation may be greatly increased, even in a very short period of time 😊

YOUR CONCERN & PROBABLE CAUSES

From the description of your problem, it looks like you have: - Early ejaculation - Poor control during intercourse - Reduced force of ejaculation - Possible anxiety related to performance - Symptoms present for some time

These characteristics indicate that there is a disturbance of Apana Vata along with weakness of Shukra Dhatu.

POSSIBLE AYURVEDIC REASONS

1. Apana Vata Imbalance Apana Vata is the one that controls ejaculation. When it’s not strong, then that’s the reason why it happens rapidly.

2. Shukra Dhatu Kshaya Shukra weakening causes - Reduced ejaculation force - Poor stamina - Early discharge

3. Mental Factors (Manasika Nidana) The mind’s condition stress, anxiety, over-thinking, or fear of failure will make matters worse.

4. Excess Masturbation / Irregular Sexual Habits The effect of this is to weaken neuromuscular control over ejaculation.

5. Poor Lifestyle Not enough sleep, too much screen time, alcohol, smoking, or junk food are some of the causes that will aggravate Vata.

AYURVEDIC MANAGEMENT PLAN

INTERNAL MEDICATION

1. Ashwagandha Churna - 1 tsp with warm milk at night → Stamina and nervous control gets better

2. Kaunch Beej Churna – 1 tsp with milk at bedtime → Ejaculation strength and semen quality gets better

3. Shatavari kalp 1 tsp with warm milk at night → Gives nourishment to Shukra Dhatu

4. Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily after meals → Helps in reproductive and urinary system health

The very first improvement is normally after 3–4 weeks.

EXTERNAL CARE

1. Abhyanga Daily oil massage with Bala Ashwagandhadi Taila or Ksheerabala Taila over lower abdomen, thighs, and lower back

2. Padabhyanga before sleep Helps to bring Vata to normal and better control is achieved

HOME REMEDIES

- Nutmeg with milk at night - Soaked almonds (5) + dates (2) daily - Black sesame seeds with jaggery - Do not indulge in frequent ejaculation during the treatment phase

DIET PLAN

Include

- Warm, nutritious foods - Cow ghee (½–1 tsp daily) - Milk, rice, wheat - Green gram, dates, figs

Avoid

- Spicy, dry, very hot food - Excess tea/coffee - Alcohol and smoking - Late-night meals

LIFESTYLE & BEHAVIORAL ADVICE

- Do not attempt to make up for your loss by excessive sexual activity or masturbation - Sleep for 7–8 hours - Practicing Anulom Vilom and Bhramari Pranayama daily will benefit you - Try to get rid of anxiety and the pressure of performance
