Aap jis samasya ka zikar kar rahe hain uska lekar, pehli baat toh hai ruk jana aur stress na lena. Stress aur anxiety badh kar erecrtile difunction ka karan ban sakte hain. Aksar humare aahar aur vyavahar hi in taklifo ka karan bante hain. Sabse pehle, aap apne ahar ko dekhe. Prakritik aur sadharan bhojan me badhi astitva hoti hai. Har din fresh aur ghar ka bana khana khane ki koshish kare. Rajasic (bahut spicy, salty) foods se thoda bach karke sattvic (fruits, sabziyan, daal) foods ki taraf dhyan de.

Shilajit ek bahut acha tonic mana jata hai maradagi ke liye. Thode paani mein mila kar isse le sakte hain. Ashwagandha bhi helpful ho sakti hai, yeh stamina aur strength improve karti hai. Iske alawa, yashtimadhu yani licorice ka use bhi madadgar ho sakta hai.

Ab baat karte hain lifestyle aur vyayam ki: Din me kum se kam 30 minute yoga ya walking kijiye. Bhujangasana aur Dhanurasana karke dekhiye, in asanas se blood flow aur self-control me madad milti hai.
