Suggestions for Tight Foreskin Treatment - #50140

can anyone suggest some cream or medicine for loosening tight foreskin so that it can retract completely over glans easily. As per my experience it is retracting around 70-80%, if retract completely minor cracks appear on foreskin. Earlier there is no such issue. But as this is occurring recurrently in past 2-3 years, I fear about scar skin (due to recurrent healing of skin).
