According to Ayurveda, your issue could be linked to an imbalance in the Vata dosha, which governs movement and activity in the body. When Vata’s out of balance, it can affect sexual function and lead to issues like premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction. So we need to balance Vata and strengthen your dhatus, particularly the reproductive tissue, or shukra dhatu.

Let’s talk about diet first. Try incorporating warming, nourishing foods like cooked vegetables, ghee, nuts, seeds (like sesame seeds), and whole grains. Avoid cold, dry, or processed foods which can aggravate Vata. Also, make sure you’re hydrated but avoid excessive caffeine or alcohol which can disrupt Vata.

Consider taking Ayurvedic herbs known for supporting reproductive health. Ashwagandha is great for boosting energy and reducing stress. You can take it as a powder mixed with warm milk before bed.
