Saptamruta loha is indicated in iron deficiency anaemia and also in netra vikara Grey hair may be due to deficiency of iron , zinc content in ur body so u can use it and along with it start with thamboola rasayanam 1 tsp twice a day after food Neelibringadi tailam application over hair and scalp thrice a week

When hair fall is this severe and long-standing (>6 months), it usually means there is deep imbalance, not just a surface problem. In severe hair fall / bald patches → saptamrita lauha will not give strong results alone 1)bhringrajasava – 15 ml + equal water after meals (twice daily) 2)narasimha rasayana – 1 tsp twice daily 3)amalaki rasayana – 1 tsp daily Use regularly: 4)neelibhringadi taila How to use: Apply at night or 1 hour before bath Gentle massage (don’t rub harshly) 3–4 times per week This helps stimulate follicles and reduce greying

Hello, Severe hair fall with bald patches and premature greying at age 35 Is something that needs systematic, long term correction , not just a single medicine Ayurvedic view Your symptoms suggest mainly 1) Khalitya (hairfall) + palitya (premature greying) These occur due to imbalance of -Pitta dosha-> causes greying (heat In body) -Vata dosha-> causes hairfall, dryness , weak roots -Impure blood-> poor nourishment to hair -Weak bone tissue link-> hair roots weaken 2) Why your case is severe (bald patches) -chronic (> 6 months) -possibly alopecia aerate like condition -stress, digestion isses, or autoimmune tendencies may be involved About Saptamrit lauha yes, slaptamrit lauh can help but -works indirectly -improves blood and pitta balance -supports hair nutrition Not enough alone for -bald patches -severe hairfall So it should be part of combination therapy, not the only medicine Treatment goals -stop hair fall -stimulate regrowth in bald areas -reduce pitta-> stop greying -improve digestion -nourishes hair roots Internal medications 1) Saptamrit lauha= 1 tab twice daily with lukewarm water after meals for 3-6 months =for blood purification + pitta balance 2) Bringarajasava= 20ml+ equal water twice daily after meals =best for hair regrowth and greying 3) Amla juice= 2 tsp daily in morning =rich in vitamin c, reduces pitta, prevents greying 4) Brahmi pearl capsule= 1 cap at night =reduces stress 5) Ashwagandharishta= 15ml twice daily after meals with warm water =major hidden cause stress reducer 6) Triphala churna= 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water =detox + improves digestion 7) Lohasava= 15ml + equal water twice daily after meals =iron support (Use instead of saptamrit) External treatment 1) Hair oil daily= Neelibringadi kern -apply at night -gentle massage for 10 minutes -leave overnight 2) Bald patch treatment mix= onion juice + castor oil + bringaraj oil apply on patches daily -stimulate follicles 3) Weekly hair pack -amla powder -bringaraj powder -curd Apply 2 times/week Diet very important -amla daily if possible or have juice s advised -black sesame seeds -coconut -green leafy vegetables -milk + ghee -soaked almonds Avoid -spicy, oily, fried foods -excess tea, coffee -junk food -late night eating -alcohol, smoking These increase pitta-> greying + hair fall Yoga and Pranayam 1) Anulom Vilom= 15min= balances doshas 2) Kapalbhati= 5 min= improves metabolism 3) Shirshasana/sarvangasana= improves blood flow to scalp 4) Stress reduction= meditation 10 min daily Home remedies -curry leaves paste + coconut oil -onion juice clinically helpful in bald patches -aloe vera juice for internal detox 15 ml Investigation required -Hemoglobin -serum ferritin -vitamin b12 -vitamin d3 -thyroid profile Many hair fall cases don’t improve without correcting deficiencies Expected timeline -hairfall reduction= 4-6 weeks -baby hair growth = 2-3 months -blad patches recovery= 3-6 months -greying control= gradual Important reality complete reversing white hair is difficult But you can -slow further greying -improve hair thickness -regrow hair in patches if follicles alive Yes, slaptamrit lauh is useful, but only as part of a complete protocol Your condition needs multilayer treatment (internal + external + lifestyle) Consistency for at least 3-6 months is critical Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

It will not show any effect on your hair concerns It is mainly used in eye conditions ▪️Ayurvedic plan of Treatment ➖Sarivasam 20 ml twice daily after food ➖Amlaki Rasyana 1 tsp morning empty stomach ➖Narasimha rasyana 1 tsp at bed time ▪️External Care regular hair oiling Use Neelibhringadi taila + Prapundreekadi taila Gently massage your scalp This improves blood circulation in the scalp ➖For bald patches Locally apply onion juice and scrub gently Apply Indralupta mashi Take 1 tsp mix with lemon juice and apply on the patches and keep overnight ▪️Diet plan ➖Include -More of dares -Sesame seeds -chia seeds -Pumpkin seeds -ghee -black raisins ➖Avoid -processed food -packaged food -Cold items I am glad that you asked before starting medicines As a treatment targeting to your hair and scalp is what you need now😊 Wishing you a good health😊 Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

hello thank you for contacting ask Ayurveda you are suffering from hair fall and white hair it may be due to hereditary or genetic or dietary reason are you male or female ? what profession you are ? how is your bowel habits ? initiall y you have to undergo detoxification and rejunivation therpay for this ayurveda will be helpful . you have to undergo panchakarma therpay. it can be done in any good ayurvedic centre. but before pachakarma you need to cleanse your gut (digestive system) it has two stages:- 1] deepana therapy :- it reffers to medications that ignite agni , the metabolic fire ( appetitie simulator ) without necessarily digesting ama. 2]pachana therpay :- digestions—it focus on the digestion of ama. deepana and pachana plays a significant role in the treatment of various aliments while enhancing digestive juices ( agni). it governs metabolic processes, digestion and the body`s overall functionality . now panchakarma therapy it’s a therapy in ayurveda for detoxification and rejuvenation. it is used to remove toxins (ama) from the body and to restore balance to the three doshas in our body ( vata , pitta ,kapha) it is divided into three stages 1]purva karma >> snehana karma :- internal and external administration of medicated oil or ghee, internal :- this are ingested over a period of days to lubricate the tissues and cells all over the body . this helps to loosen the toxins and make ready for evacuation. external: massage with medicated oil to whole body to enhance absorbation through the skin and further loosen the malas >> swedana karma:- after snehna to release the mala from the body , inducing sweating from body by steam bath 2]pradhan karma :- >> vamana :- it is the therapy in which a person is induced controlled vomitings using medicated drugs under observation. this helps in removing excess kapha from the gastro intestinal tract and respiratory system. >> virechana:- it is the therapy in which a person is induced to pass controlled multiple stools thorugh medicated drugs under observation. it cleanses the lower gastro intestinal tract, liver and gall bladder after panchakarma you can start medication which i prescribe

Namaste Avtar, Your concern — severe hair fall with premature greying at 35 — indicates pitta involvement along with nutritional and scalp imbalance. The focus should be on controlling hair fall first, improving scalp health, and then supporting hair quality and pigmentation. It is important to understand that when hair fall is severe (even leading to bald patches), internal correction takes time, and expecting very fast results may lead to disappointment. Ayurveda works gradually but can give stable improvement with consistency. Regarding your question: Saptamrit Lauh is not the primary medicine for hair fall or greying. It is mainly used for eye health and general pitta balance, so it may not give significant results for your condition alone. Avoid excessive spicy, oily, and processed foods. Include proper nutrition like green vegetables, soaked almonds, black sesame (til), and adequate protein in your diet. Ensure proper sleep and reduce stress, as both strongly affect hair health. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Bhringraj Churna – 1 teaspoon, once daily with warm water Amla Churna – 1 teaspoon, once daily (morning) Ashwagandha Churna – 1 teaspoon, once daily (evening with milk) External care: Apply Neelibhringadi Taila 3–4 times a week, gently massage and leave for 30–60 minutes before washing These are traditionally used to reduce hair fall, nourish the scalp, and support hair strength when combined with proper diet and routine. Hair fall may start reducing in 3–4 weeks, while improvement in hair quality and greying takes longer time. If there are bald patches, evaluation for conditions like alopecia may also be needed. Consultation can help tailor this further to your needs.
