No strong medicines are required. Focus on stabilizing the mind and routine. Avoid sexual thoughts, stimulating content, and late-night screen use. Sleep early and avoid heavy or spicy food at night. For support, take Ashwagandha ½ tsp with warm milk at night and Shatavari ½ tsp with milk once daily to stabilize the nervous system. Regular exercise, especially physical activity during the day, helps regulate this naturally. As the body adapts, the frequency reduces on its own. This is a temporary adjustment phase, not a health problem.

Raat ko sone se pehle heavy khana, mobile use aur stimulating content avoid karein. Sone se pehle thande paani se private area wash karein aur jaldi sone ki aadat dalein. Daily exercise aur thoda physical activity zaroor karein, kyunki sedentary lifestyle se bhi yeh problem badhti hai. 2–3 hafton me frequency kam hone lagti hai aur dheere-dheere control better ho jata hai.
