Hello, Numbness and tingling in the testicles after long distance biking (30-50 km) is usually due to perineal nerve compression and reduced blood flow from prolonged saddle pressure. इस स्थिति वात व्याधि , जहाँ अत्यधिक साइकिल चलाने (अति-व्यायाम) के कारण जननेंद्रिय क्षेत्र की नसों पर दबाव पड़ता है और वायु का प्रकोप होता है। इससे सुन्नपन (स्तंभ) और झुनझुनी (हर्ष) जैसे लक्षण उत्पन्न होते हैं। 1) Balarishta-15-20 ml (बराबर पानी के साथ) भोजन के बाद (दिन में दो बार) 2) Ksheerabala 101 Capsules-1 कैप्सूल सुबह और रात, गुनगुने दूध /पानी के साथ 3) Pinda Tailam-आवश्यकतानुसार हल्के हाथ से प्रभावित क्षेत्र और कमर के निचले हिस्से पर मालिश 4) Kalarimarma Thailam- नसों की मजबूती के लिए पिंडा तैलम के साथ मिलाकर उपयोग करें अपनी साइकिल की सीट को बदलें। Split saddle या “Nose-less saddle” का उपयोग करें जो पेरिनेम (गुप्तांग और गुदा के बीच का हिस्सा) पर दबाव कम करती है। लंबी राइड के दौरान हर 20-30 मिनट में खड़े होकर या रुककर रक्त संचार को सामान्य होने दें। जब तक सुन्नपन पूरी तरह ठीक न हो जाए, कुछ दिनों के लिए साइकिलिंग से ब्रेक लें। क्या खाएं: ताजा, गर्म और आसानी से पचने वाला भोजन। घी और तिल के तेल का खाने में मध्यम उपयोग करें। बादाम और अखरोट का सेवन करें रात को सोते समय दूध में आधा चम्मच अश्वगंधा चूर्ण मिलाकर लें। परहेज अत्यधिक ठंडा, सूखा (dry) और बासी भोजन न करें।
