I am suffering from porn addiction. I came in fear and stress when I see porn. Please tell me name of meditation which can cure my porn addiction. Or any other solution without any ayurvedic medicine. Any mantra Or chilsa etc.

No only one mantra or meditation can’t fully stop it , it can help u…to divert or relax your mind. For leaving porn u have to keep yourself busy, and if it comes in your mind then decide to do once or twice a week not daily.
