Hello doctor my name is Vivek and my age is 49 and Bav in g thyroid 125 mcg tablet taking and currently thyroid is 12.2 and hypertension also taking AMLONG MT 5/50 These days I have issue of premature ejaculation regular semen coming out. Erection hote hi semen out not enjoining my sex life. Feeling tired every time.

This condition is usually related to a combination of stress, thyroid imbalance, and reduced physical stamina. When the body is under stress and hormonal balance is disturbed, it can affect control and overall energy levels. Focus on calming the mind and improving strength. Proper sleep is important, and late nights should be avoided. Regular light exercise, along with breathing practices, can help improve control and reduce fatigue. Try to keep a relaxed approach during intimacy, as anxiety can worsen the issue. Diet should be nourishing and warm. Include milk, ghee, soaked almonds, and simple home-cooked food. Avoid excessive spicy food, alcohol, and junk food. Continue your thyroid and blood pressure medications regularly without interruption. At home, taking warm milk with 1 teaspoon ghee at bedtime and 4–5 soaked almonds daily can support strength. Ashwagandha with milk can also help improve energy and reduce stress. Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon with warm milk at bedtime Shilajit capsule – 1 capsule once or twice daily after food Kaunch beej churna – 1 teaspoon with milk at bedtime Brahmi vati – 1 tablet twice daily This will help improve stamina, support hormonal balance, and gradually enhance control. Since your thyroid levels are fluctuating, regular monitoring is important. If the issue continues, a more detailed evaluation will help in planning a targeted treatment.
