Hello dear, Jab ling ke agle bhaag mein Vata badh jata hai, toh nerves zyada sensitive ho jati hain, jisse Premature Ejaculation (PME) yaani ‘Shukragata Vata’ ki samasya hoti hai. Desensitization Techniques (Pelvic Control)---- -Squeeze Technique: Sambhog ke dauran jab aapko lage ki ejaculation hone wala hai, toh ling ke aage wale hisse (glans) aur khas kar frenulum ko 10-20 seconds ke liye halke zor se dabayein. Isse sensation kam ho jati hai. -Stop-Start Method: Masturbation ya sex ke dauran ejaculation ke point tak pahunchein aur fir turant ruk jayein. 30 seconds wait karein aur fir shuru karein. Ye nerves ko calm karta hai. -Desensitizing Sprays/Creams: Agar aap turant asar chahte hain, toh Lidocaine ya Benzocaine base wali creams (jaise Ky-Jelly ya Climax spray) doctor ki salah se use kar sakte hain. Inhe sambhog se 10-15 minute pehle lagana hota hai.
